Midsummer Yoga Workshop – Early bird price
Join us for this 2.5hr yoga workshop in Inverness.
This workshop will be accessible for all, options will be given to modify poses as required. The guided asana (physical) practice will incorporate postures that build heat and are believed to purify. We will also practice pranayama (breathing technique), and a short meditation which gives us the chance to pause, to be still, and perhaps allow some light to shine upon the shadows.
